Checking In

Here is a picture with with our dog Casey. I am really starting to pay attention to our dogs Casey Saki and Angus- I think they are funny. Casey always lets my moms know when I am crying and she is a very good doggy mom. My Neena and Pop-Pop sent me a Valentines Card, so I thought I would send them a Valentine picture message (attached) in my most manly pose ever to thank them and let them know I love them too! This week my great mammaw (Jennifer's grandmother) is here and then my Naunie and Aunt Lisa are coming for the weekend. We are all going to go to the Aquarium and I will get to meet my cousins Mason, Taylor and the new baby Kaylee. I am very excited. I'll get my mommy to put more pics on here after the visit. Hanging out

I like to sit on the couch with my moms and watch TV with the remote :) We play peek-a-boo with my blanket and I really like it- sometimes I even make what sounds like the beginning of a giggle. For two nights in a row I have slept ALL night. My moms think that's pretty cool. Talk to you later! Cooper

Pics at 9 weeks- Smiling!

My moms finally caught a few pictures of me flashing my grin. They also wanted to put a few of me with each of them on here from the adoption day! There are lots of exciting things going on- my Aunt Lisa just delivered my newest cousin Kaylee (she's 3 weeks old now) and my Aunt Colleen is having another baby too! I am looking forward to spending time with my other cousins, Mason, Taylor, Meghan, Luke and Alex. I can't wait until we can all play together. We are planning a family vacation for 2009 so we can all be together. I think it is going to be alot of fun! Talk to you later! Cooper

Adoption Day

It's official! Now both my moms are legally my parents! We even took photos with Judge Becker after she granted the petition along with my moms, my adoption attorney Lori and my naunie to celebrate this big day! As you can see from my last two pics I am very happy about it!

I had my two month check-up appointment and I weigh 13lb 9oz! I am growing! Dr. Thomas says I'm tall, but weigh what I am supposed to for my height. I am still being stingy with smiles, but occasionally I'll flash one. My naunie came down to help my mommy Jennifer and visit with me this week. We have had a good time. Cooper at 6 weeks

My moms are taking me out a little more, and mommy Jennifer likes to take me for walks on our street. Our neighbors are really nice. I am enjoying my new playmat, and often fall asleep on it. As if baby acne isn't enough, my moms insist on making me wear high waisted pants. They say they try not to do it, but the diaper makes it happen. I'm going to the Raging Burritto tomorrow night with a group of other families like ours if I don't have a major meltdown at the time we are supposed to go. We are all looking forward to it.
